Contest Rules
- Sponsors must be a TCEA member.
- Pre-registration information will be sent to each area prior to contests.

- Electronic submission will be optional for Area contests. For contests sites and chairs that choose electronic submission, PC2 is the system that will be used. For more information on this system and to download for practice please visit http://www.ecs.csus.edu/pc2 .
Qualifying for State
- Teams must earn a minimum score of four points at the area contest to be eligible for the state contest.
- A maximum of two teams, from each school, may advance to the state competition.
- Schools qualify for the state competition, not individual team members. The individuals that actually make up a team at the state contest is the decision of the team sponsor and the school's principal.
