Registration
To register a team you must be a current TCEA member. If you are not a TCEA member you will need to register before any of your teams can qualify. Click here to log in, enter teams and verify membership status. Your member type and paid through date are both visible at the top of the user switchboard. RM, HM, DM are the member types that are eligible for submissions. If you do not have a TCEA profile you will need to create one and pay for membership before your submissions can qualify. if you have any questions regarding registration please contact Angela Crowder at crowder@tcea.org.
Contest Dates
Postmarked Deadline: February 22, 2008
Online registration for the contests is disabled during the TCEA Convention. Registration will reopen Tuesday, February 12th.
Payment Deadline: February 29, 2008.
Judging: March 29, 2008
Contest Rules
- Each sponsor must be a TCEA member.
- Registration fee: $10 per entry.
- Each entry must be registered using the online system.
- Entries must be mailed in by postmarked deadline with all required items. See Checklist.
- Entries take about 3 weeks to be processed by the TCEA office.
- Judging will be held March 29, 2008.
- First through third place awarded in each category.
- Each student will receive a Participation certificate and ribbon.
- Judges comments and scores.
- Winning entries will receive a medal for each student.
